Turn Around Time, Policies on Shipping, Fabric Information and Returns
Turn Around Time
Turn around time will vary per item and will be in the description. TAT is strictly business days and does not include weekend or holidays. If you purchase after the description TAT/preorder time your TAT will start from that day.
Policies on shipping
Our items will ship as soon our TAT is over or sooner, you will be notified when your order ships. When checking out you have the option to have local pickup, standard 3-5 day shipping-$4, or 1-3 day shipping-$9+. Once your package has been placed in the hands of USPS it is no longer my responsibility and I am not able to control what happens to it. Ensure your address is correct at checkout, as once your order is placed we can not change shipping.
Fabric Information
All fabric is hand printed from another small shop, and the description can be found on each posting. Our design scaling can vary per round of preorder as the photos of designs are printed before hand.
Returns/Refunds
Joyfully Sewn Clothing Co. will accept returns for store credit only. Worn or washed items will not be accepted for store credit. You must contact customer services within 48 hrs of receiving your items to inform us of the return. Once we process the items, you will receive store credit via an email. (Store credit is only for the product amount, it does not include shipping or taxes)
